When Will I Get My Wig?

Customized wigs typically require 13-16 business days for processing because they are meticulously handcrafted, hand-painted, bleached, and more. For uncustomized wigs, bundles, closures and frontals, processing usually takes 7-14 business days. These units are delivered freshly washed and treated with protein to enhance hair integrity. At Snatched by Kimmy, every human hair unit is packed with care and groomed to ensure customer satisfaction!

Can I Change My Order?

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded. Please ensure the sizing of your wig is correct before checkout. 

What if My Wig Doesn’t Fit?

Snatched By Kimmy / @snatchedbykimmy is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.

Will My Wig Be Damaged If I Get It Colored?

Customizing colored wigs involves chemically altering the hair using our specialized coloring process with professional-grade chemicals and supplies. Despite our careful and meticulous approach to minimize damage, especially during bleaching, some weakening of the hair's strength may occur. While we prioritize maintaining high hair quality, it's important to note that colors, like natural hair dyes, will gradually fade over time and require washing with color-safe products. We cannot guarantee against color fading on wigs over time, as colors may appear differently in photos depending on lighting conditions. For the best presentation of your custom color, styling your unit as desired is recommended.

When Will I Get My Bonnet?

The shipping time for bonnets is an average of 3-7 business days. 

Do the Bonnets Come in Certain Sizes?

The sizes that Snatched By Kimmy offers are one-size-fits-all and XL Bonnets. These two sizes can be used for any sized heads, however we do recommend that individuals with long hair, long locks, braids etc look  into the XL bonnets that we sell.

General Shipping Policy

Customized wigs typically require 13-16 business days for processing because they are meticulously handcrafted, hand-painted, bleached, and more. For uncustomized wigs, bundles, closures and frontals, processing usually takes 7-14 business days. These units are delivered freshly washed and treated with protein to enhance hair integrity. 

For international shipping, customized wigs can typically take an extra 5-7 business days due to the time difference and zone.

Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.
